Acceptance of terms

By using FylSend, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

What we provide

FylSend is a file-sharing tool that creates temporary download links. You may upload files up to the current limit (500 MB per transfer) and share the generated link with others. Links expire automatically based on the expiration date you set.

Permitted use

You may use FylSend only for lawful purposes. You may not upload or share files that:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of others.
• Contain malware, viruses, spam, or other harmful content.
• Are obscene, threatening, harassing, or abusive.
• Are used to distribute copyrighted material without authorization.

Accounts and responsibility

You can use FylSend without an account. If you sign in to manage transfers, you are responsible for keeping your sign-in method secure. You are responsible for all transfers created under your account or session.

Storage and availability

We do not guarantee permanent storage. Files are deleted when the transfer expires, when the download limit is reached, or when you manually delete the transfer. We aim for high availability but do not promise uninterrupted service.

Privacy

Your use of FylSend is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to FylSend if you violate these terms or if we need to protect the service or other users. Transfers may be removed without notice if they violate these terms.

Disclaimer of warranties

FylSend is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that files will be delivered without error, that the service will be secure in all circumstances, or that it will meet your specific requirements.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FylSend and Manuscript TechnoMedia LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Manuscript TechnoMedia LLP operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
